CFM, a well-established (30 years) physician-owned, highly regarded, collaborative family medicine practice is offering an opportunity to follow your passion. Our single-site facility boasts in-house laboratory testing, EKG, minor procedure rooms for laceration repairs, dermatologic procedures, facture management, a new Paxis 100 digital Straight Arm X-ray machine to expedite our patients’ care as well as an EMR (eCW). Our patients have access to behavioral health providers as part of our practice offerings. Many of our physicians and APPs have developed subspecialties to augment services available to our patients, including migraine and eating disorder treatment, osteomanipulation, infectious disease management, treadmill stress tests, and women’s care. Our eight (8) provider (5 physicians and 3 APPS) group allows our providers scheduling flexibility to accommodate life’s ever-changing demands. We are close to world-class research/resource facilities, OHSU & the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest (COMP-Northwest), where we have a strong history of training the next generation of physicians, and work collaboratively with their medical staff.

This FTE position is a 4 day per week (34 contact hours) schedule with one (phone triage only) on-call night approximately every 2 weeks and one weekend approximately every 8 weeks allowing abundant time to enjoy all this wonderful area offers. Our “call” is telephone triage only, as we have coverage for all hospital patients and admissions, and therefore can be done wherever you have phone and internet service. As a private clinic, we have larger latitude for our providers in scheduling, patient panel diversity, and patient volumes. We offer partnership and non-partnership tracks for our physicians.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Residency completed in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted OR Physician License
• Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Should possess excellent clinical, oral and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to providing excellent team orientated care
