- Help with initial contracting/participation requests for Cortica’s entities in all states.
- Help with organizing and updating internal contract trackers and databases.
- Ensures payer records are created and properly stored and support current in contracting files, etc.
- Help with the completion of payer applications.
- Help with researching payer market share, products, and contracting processes for planned new state expansion.
- Help with updating contract terms and renewal dates in Credential Stream.
- Maintain W-9's and other entity information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with healthcare contracting or credentialing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels; both internal and external.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
