Job Title: Project Plan and Control Analyst
The Customer Support Operations division requires immediate contractor support of
one Program Administrator and Analyst in support of the prime team. This demand is
being driven by the leave of one employee, the expansion of customer demands
creating additional workload on the employees that will be supported, and continued
deterioration in key customer metrics like delivery performance which is driving the need
for added coordination and customer interactions.
Scope of Work

• Support customer facing team in activities designed to improve the customer

experience.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly activities will be assigned.
• Monthly performance scorecard review and analysis will be required.
• Weekly backlog metrics and reporting required for some customers and

divisions.

• Daily follow-up with team members and sites on performance might be required.
• Coordination with remote employees to gain status and development of

corrective action plans.

• Coordinating weekly meeting and compiling information for presentations.
• Coordinates and completes administrative tasks associated with royalty and

rebate calculations and submittals.
Required Skillset

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to collect data, establish patterns, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to coordinate weekly meetings and work across many remote sites.

Preferred

• client Aerospace MRO background
• Customer facing experience (but not required)
• Supplier management background
