Corrigan Krause is currently looking for a full-time Office Manager for one of our clients, GK's Custom Polishing, is located in Avon, OH. This position is full-time Monday-Friday and is in-office based. Our client has over 20 plus years in their industry and is always exceeding expectations of service, quality and satisfaction. They look to provide cutting edge products to their clients and making sure their employees are continuing their education on new procedures and techniques, as well as, keeping their customers educated as well.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Ability to provide basic accounting and bookkeeping skills, including managing sales, invoicing, expenses, payments, AR/AP, etc., via QuickBooks On-line
· Processes payroll via our HRIS system, Paycor (bi-weekly)
· Scheduling appointments for the company as needed
· Providing phone coverage for the company as needed
· Proving back-up coverage for administrative employees when they out of the office
· Assisting HR Manager with posting ads, monitoring and engaging candidates, collecting and verifying paperwork and preforming background check and any other HR functions
· Organizing and making sure all things run efficiently in the office
· Performing various office projects and the willingness to jump in as business needs arise
Position requirements
· High School Diploma with 3 years in an office environment and basic accounting skills needed
· 1-2 years of Management experience & an Associate degree preferred
· Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks On-line is a must!
· Paycor (Payroll system) is a plus!
· Effective writing, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
· The high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
