Corporate Office is Hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist Near Chicago, IL

Company Description

$30-32/Hour depending on experience.

In this role you will be responsible for interacting and collaborating with many different teams to restore service, identify and prevent issues and work on the design and implementation of systems and project work. This position will provide Tier II resolution for end user support issues based on documented techniques and procedures.

Job Description
  • Consult with current end users and external parties to determine system needs, and aid in addressing questions or concerns regarding PCs, laptops, tablets, cell phones, servers and mobile devices.
  • Provide End User System Support.
  • Assist with System Design and Implementation.
  • Complete assigned independent IT Project Work.
  • Complete System Documentation.
Qualifications
  • 1 years of technical computer experience, and/or a related Associate’s or higher degree in a related field.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting in a desktop computing environment.
  • You have experience with Application Support, Desktop Support of different operating systems, Hardware support, Networking Support, Server and infrastructure support, System Design & Implementation, Microsoft Office products, and Imaging.
  • You have great problem-solving skills and like fixing complex issues.
  • You excel at working independently on projects.
  • You are patient and kind and will drop everything to help others.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
