Description

As a Customer Success Order Management Associate you will be involved in the day-to-day management of customer orders, tracking, vendor management and inventory. Your job will be to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the products and service they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Your goal will be maximizing revenue and profit through providing positive experiences and developing relationships that promote customer retention and loyalty.

• Provide positive proactive service and support to customers ensuring their needs are fully met above and beyond expectations

• Learn and understand client needs and manage client expectations

• Process and manage orders from start to completion while maintaining meticulous order notes to ensure customer needs are met

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships

• Minimize order to invoice cycle time and accuracy

• Manage client and vendor invoice discrepancies and exceptions

• Identify and take ownership of potential issues and mitigate accordingly to minimize and/or alleviate customer impact

• Oversee web store inventory including replenishments, reporting turns, stock levels, identification of slow selling items and items with no sales and quality

• Enhance product and account knowledge thru customer interaction, training, etc.

• Track job requests and orders, timing and success rate of all requests – communicate results back to account teams, managers and customers

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Must be flexible in job duties as the organization grows and the shared services team grows

• Must have excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple customers and projects

• Work well with deadlines, last minute rush requests, and balance multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment and have the initiative to work overtime when necessary to complete a project

• Possess and project a positive, professional attitude

• Ability to work effectively and maintain relationships with field sales, internal sales, and business development teams

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented
