The HR Generalist provides support in all aspects of HR to include on-boarding, recruitment, leave administration, HRIS, performance management, and benefit administration. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR policies and procedures and deliver exceptional service to our customers and employees.

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants; collaborates with department managers to understand skill and competencies required for openings and identifies creative recruitment techniques.
• Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation and termination processing.
• Conducts background and reference checks on prospective hires.
• Communicates and administers all health and welfare benefits including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Provides guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related issues.
• Assists with performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Helps with the administration of all HR related projects.

• 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment and benefit related laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
