Overview

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (HYBRID, SAN FRANCISCO, SILICON VALLEY, LOS ANGELES) 

If you love taking the candidates through the recruiting process from university events, to interviews, all the way to offers & onboarding, then we would like to meet with you!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for owning the day-to-day recruiting process for a particular office or group of offices and working with staff at all levels to ensure that quality candidates are sourced, screened, recruited, and guided through the orientation process. This consists of oversight of local recruiting support including scheduling of analyst recruiting events, developing interview schedules, managing candidate information and applicant tracking metrics, participating in offer decision meetings, overseeing offer letter production, and coordinating orientation.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also accountable for developing and maintaining professional relationships with local core universities, managing the Associate internship program, including the recruiting process, assisting with annual recruiting budget process and supporting the training for staff members.

How You’ll Help Our Team Succed

  • On-campus recruitment responsibilities:
    • Manage the day-to-day recruiting process. This will include identify and prepare for events, campus and candidate relationships and communications, candidate decisions, compensation and all other aspects of the candidate experience.
    • Oversight of on-campus events such as career fairs or presentations, including identifying and securing of venue items such as catering, room reservation, and audiovisual support.
    • Manager interview process: resume review, on-campus, hybrid and in-office interviews
    • Building and maintaining relationships with school career centers and placement offices, clubs and CR alumni
  • Responsible for maintaining ATS, tracking candidates from resume submission to interviews to offers and onboarding.
  • When appropriate, attend on-campus events and travel to other Cornerstone offices.
  • Manager and run offer decision meetings and make recommendations on hiring decisions.
  • Ensure that offer letters are prepared accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure a proper handoff from recruitment to new hire onboarding, including immigration and maintenance of reporting on acceptances and start dates.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful 

  • 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm
  • The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions
  • The mindset to provide superior service
  • Experience with applicant tracking system required; experience with iCIMS a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
