Qualifications:

• Working as a member of the team to help families at the beginning of the mortgage process
• Meeting with clients to establish trust and gather information
• Making phone calls to prospective clients
• Following up on required documentation from our clients
• Building relationships with, and providing extraordinary customer service to the families we work with
• Using multiple computer programs to assist in the steps involved in getting a mortgage, from application to our CRM, to tracking programs
• Meeting goals set by team lead in regard to time frames - we are committed to closing on time for our clients
