DESCRIPTION
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all project related construction activities, including hiring and supervision of operations personnel, management of direct and indirect labor and construction costs, management of vendor and sub relationships, risk management and safety compliance. In addition, this position is responsible for customer service delivery during construction and post-closing customer warranty and maintenance. Finally, the Operations Manager is responsible for coordination of all Design Build Team Activities.
