Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervising Janitor. We are commercial cleaners looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to grab a buffer and help us out.
- Train new employees
- Supervise staff members
- Detail-oriented, flexible
- Fill in for absent general cleaners at all job sites
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, floor buffing, etc.
- Perform technical cleaning jobs including high speed burnishing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
- Must be flexible enough to perform multiple tasks at all job sites unaided
- Document and report supply inventory as needed
- Document and report staff activity as needed
- Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment.
- Must maintain an overall clean appearance on all equipment and supplies
- Drive company van to each job site
- Use leadership skills to supervise job sites, staff and job completion
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and with great quality
- Available to work night shift and some weekends as well as various hours as needed depending on work schedule.
- Valid NC driver's license is required.
- All employees are expected to comply with face coverings to prevent the exposure and spread of COVID

Schedule
- Sun-Thurs 4pm-12:30am or 4pm-1am depending on lunch break
- Flexibility with Schedule Needs
- Weekend Schedule (Must be available to work weekends)
- 30-40 hours a week

Compensation
- $12-$15/hour DOE
