In support of this goal, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team in our Seattle office.What does a Technical Product Manager do?The Technical Product Manager serves as a key contributor to our Technology Services team by collaborating in the planning, design, development, and deployment enhancements to applications in our technical portfolio. This includes aligning with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and establish clear, stable priorities for the team. This role manages product planning through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including developers and business partners, partners closely with business leaders and the IT department to develop business cases, product evaluations, communications, and reporting, and leads and partners closely with development and engineering teams to analyze requests, design solutions, solve problems and remove obstacles to support the needs of a dynamic organization.What else should I know about this position?This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to our Senior Product Manager. This position works a hybrid schedule with at least two days in-person in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home/remotely.What are you looking for in a candidate?To be successful as a Technical Product Manager, the ideal candidate should: Have completed their high school diploma. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or another relevant degree is strongly preferred. Possess a minimum of 3 years of application management experience, included demonstrated proficiency in writing business and functional requirements for the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. Experience should also include proficiency in solutions delivery from the intake/ideation through release and facilitation of testing system fixes and enhancements for releases, including participating in QA and regression testing and writing UAT scripts. Be able to demonstrate intermediate-level knowledge of software applications, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Visio, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, SharePoint, and JIRA. Have a strong understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Lean (Kanban), and Waterfall) Demonstrate a strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service Be a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to take on tasks as needed. Maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work independently. Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work with a culturally diverse group and communicate ideas in both technical and business-friendly language. Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Have a personal commitment to organ and tissue donation.What compensation and benefits do you offer?The minimum salary for this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary is $80,000 annually. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, dependent upon company and individual performance. Our benefits package includes: Generous employer-paid health benefits (medical, dental and vision premiums) for all employees, plus minimal premium contributions to cover dependents. Retirement benefits, with a 5% company match plus opportunities for additional employer contributions.
