- Learn and demonstrate Corkcicle product knowledge.
- Interact with customers to assess their needs and wants resulting in product sales.
- Prepare products for display.
- Keep current on new products and changes to existing operating processes.
- Maintain store inventory and cleanliness.
- Assisting customers in the check-out process using a computer software POS system.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate professionalism as part of a team.
- Proactively report customer impacting concerns, thinking outside the box on customer resolutions and sharing best practices.
- Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
- Achieve personal and team objectives outlined throughout the year.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
- Complete satisfactory company training requirements.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
- Report to the Retail Store Manager. No direct reports.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred.
- 2 years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand is preferred.
- Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS is preferred.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
- Successful completion and favorable results of a criminal history and employment background check.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays between the hours of 9:00am – 11:30 pm.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and the stamina to stand for long periods of time when needed.
- The ability to work in various Florida outdoor environmental elements (sun, heat, rain, etc.).
- Competitive Pay per Hour.
