Corgan is actively recruiting experienced, registered Project Manager to join the firm in our Los Angeles office location as part of our Data Centers market sector. This dynamic individual will add depth to our Data Centers Architecture Practice. Focusing on data center design, our practice relies on a specialized group of architects who understand the critical systems that support data centers to the degree that they can carry productive conversations with engineers regarding value, viability, reliability and appropriateness of engineering systems, and manage the entire design team and process from a very strong technical base.
Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.
Responsibilities include:
Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.
Candidates should also exhibit strong master planning skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and should exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities. Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.
Current architectural registration required along with a professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture and 10 years of experience. Revit proficiency strongly desired.
Data Center experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects required.
