Corgan is Hiring a Construction Administrator Near Dallas, TX

Overview

At Corgan, our mission is to create places where our clients thrive, honor our promises and obligations, and build relationships that make us stronger. Corgan is the #1 Data Centers Architecture firm in US and we are currently seeking a Contruction Administrator to join our Data Centers Studio.

Responsibilities

To coordinate Construction Administration documentation between the Project Architect/Manager, General Contractor, and the Consultants:

  • Receive RFIs, Submittals, and other CA documents from Contractor via Newforma
  • Maintain related project file folders
  • Send & receive documents to/from Consultants through Newforma
  • Track status of document responses
  • Prompt Consultants and Project Team for responses, as needed
  • Compile documents within Bluebeam Revu
  • Close out RFIs and Submittals in Newforma, when prompted
  • Maintain contact list within Newforma
  • Familiarize with Division 1 specifications
  • Track Change Orders and other related documents
  • Attend reoccurring Project CA meetings
  • Work closely with Project Architect and/or Project Manager
  • Assemble and file Punch List reports
  • Receive and process physical Submittals and samples
  • Maintain current composite sets of drawings and manage document control 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must display good interpersonal skills
  • Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple Projects through to completion
  • 4-year degree (Bachelor equivalent)
  • Experience with Newforma preferred
