We are actively recruiting an outstanding Change Management Specialist to join the firm in our Dallas office location. This dynamic individual will collaborate on exciting project types as part of the Workplace Interiors Market Sector, supporting both local and national clients. The position allows opportunities to work with clients at all stages of projects, seeking to understand their unique culture and what types of changes they will experience moving into new spaces or transitioning into new ways of working. As a member of the workplace strategy team, the candidate will collaborate to create and implement comprehensive user focused change management strategies.
The ideal candidate must exhibit a passion for leading clients through change, working with people, creativity and a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment. Empathy, trust building, and communication skills are imperative. Candidates should be able to support the team by creating change management content and participating in interactive workshops, with both executives and employees. This candidate should have a passion for helping clients, gathering information, and presenting in various formats. Once hired, this individual will be working as a part of a team dedicated to providing Change Management and Workplace Strategy Services. Occasional travel may be required for this position.
Bachelor's degree in design or related field of study plus a passion for working with clients through change. Experience and/or certifications in change management is not required but preferred. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and creative environment, and have proven success at relationship-building and working on multiple projects at a time.
