PROJECT MANAGER (Remote)

About the Position

Coretelligent has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work in a growing, exciting and dynamic team-oriented environment. The Project Manager is responsible for managing on-going, full life-cycle client projects. The essential functions of this position are to plan, direct, and coordinate all activities to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This role encompasses both technical expertise as well as solid business acumen and is an integral part of the success of our business. This role is highly customer-focused and requires dedication and the desire to assist clients maximize their services and relationship with Coretelligent. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control:
    • Requirements Gathering
    • Budget
    • Schedule
    • Critical Path Analysis
    • Risk Assessment
    • Quality
    • Action Items
    • Change Management
  • Coordinate and allocate all necessary resources to meet project objective(s)
  • Ability to effectively communicate interdepartmentally with Sales, Strategic Services, Procurement, Finance, etc.
  • Maintain a constant and direct line of communication between Clients and relevant stakeholders (internally and externally)
    • Project kickoff meetings (internal and external)
    • Weekly project status meetings and project progress reports
  • Act as point of escalation for any project related issues
    • Escalate within the organization as appropriate
  • Ability to manage 3rd party vendors, partners, and outside contractors (ISPs, HVAC, tel/data, general contractors, etc.)
  • Conduct project reviews throughout the life of the project
  • Drive projects to successful closure
    • Hand-off to support operations team
    • Archive project documentation and close project

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Project management experience in an IT environment (approx. 2-5 years)
  • Solution/consultative/technology (server, desktop, network) experience
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Accustomed to supporting C- Level executive clientele
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), strong ability to develop professional rapport
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail as well as big picture view
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Self-starter, motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally and self-develop personally
Pay:This full-time position is based in the US. The salary range is $80k - $90k benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
