JOB INFORMATION:
а Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
а Specialty: Physician Assistant Preferred
а Reason for coverage: Providing coverage to assist with shortage/Hiring Permanent Physician
а Dates of Coverage: ASAP - 6 Months with option to extend (Will consider 3 months)
а Practice Description:
- Setting: Clinic Patients
- Daily Responsibilities: Primary Care Outpatient -All Ages - Same Day Access Needs, not as many well visits - Cold/Flu/Suturing/Preventive Medicine/Paps (Some women's health)/Hyper tension/Diabetic Management/Toe Nail Removals Helpful - Will do a little Tele Health (Phone and Video appointments but very little). Also do some in basket work (Emails, follow up's with departments, patients, etc.) mainly dealing with labs. Won't have much inbasket with handling walk in's.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00p
- PPD/Census: Estimated 20 PPD - 9 In person 1 Video Visit per 4 Hour block
- EMR: EPIC
