Job Description:

  • Mapping, analyzing, and correcting data in aggregated system from over 100 MLS systems into a single standardized instance

  • Proactively looking for and researching problems with the data.

  • Creating end user documentation based on data findings

  • Performing limited support assisting both internal and external customers.

  • May interface directly with clients in response to data inquiries, review and explain data content and solicit client feedback as it relates to application usage and product enhancements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant discipline

  • 3 years of related experience

  • Knowledge of real estate concepts strongly preferred

  • Demonstrable experience with Real Estate data and its standards a huge plus

  • Ability to rapidly map disparate data sources into a single data set

  • Strong understanding of data quality assurance processes and procedures

  • Needs to be comfortable communicating with all members of a team, primarily developers, support staff, and occasionally end users.

  • Experience interacting with data over API's is a plus. If you've used RETS or OData you're ahead of the game
