Core One is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Team! The ideal candidate will help facilitate the company's hiring process. This position will provide exposure to key areas within recruiting with an emphasis on the candidate experience, onboarding, compliance, college recruiting, and social media. Come join our growing Talent Acquisition Team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers through an exceptional level of service in all forms of communication, deliverable, and engagements
  • Perform day-to-day recruiting administration 
  • Prepare and post job advertisements online 
  • Assist with maintaining the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support the recruiting team in other areas as needed such as sourcing, proposal support, college recruiting, vendor management, and social media
  • Ability to travel for job fairs, contract transitions, etc. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role
  • Familiarity with standard recruiting practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
