Summary Description: The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of successful execution of an Intelligence Community program. Duties include on-site personnel management, including performance assessment; recruiting and staffing, including making hiring decisions for the program; contract management; tracking financial performance; and prime contractor/customer engagement to support on-contract growth. 

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

Responsibilities:

• Support corporate identification, assessment, and selection of qualified personnel, for performance on the program
• Make hiring decisions for program candidates within the program’s available budget, and in coordination with senior leadership
• Maintain time and attendance accountability for assigned personnel
• Support the company’s performance management process for assigned program personnel
• Manage employee travel and time-off requests
• Maintain engagement with the program’s prime contractor, to facilitate Core One candidates through the program’s Government-driven approval process
• Represent Core One at prime contractor functions (monthly meetings, PMO calls) as the company’s representative for the program
• Monitor the program’s financial status, and engage with the senior leadership and corporate functional staff as necessary to maintain progress toward program financial objectives
• Support and mentor Core One employees on program to help employees attain their professional goals within the company and the program
• Execute company incentive and reward programs to improve employee morale and performance across the program
• Represent the program to senior Core One leadership as needed for program management reviews, financial reviews, and other program milestones

Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of professional experience within the IC or DoD
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other customers, industry partners, and Core One team members
• Ability to effectively lead and manage teams
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively to drive revenue and productivity goals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, adapt to changing deadlines, and maintain focus on mandatory task completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
