About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive industry.
About the position: Core Focus is looking for qualified/certified Stand-Up Forklift Operators to work for a logistics provider around the Mercedes Benz plant in the Vance and Woodstock areas.

Employees can earn a gross average of $1000/ weekly working an average of 50 hours per week with attendance bonus! Hourly pay rate is $18.00/ hour.
Responsibilities of a Forklift Operator:
- Safe and effective operation of a forklift in all areas including shipping and receiving, sort line and inventorying materials.
- Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.
- Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc.
- Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals.
- Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities.
Requirements of a Forklift Operator:
- High School or GED (preferred)
- Certified Forklift Operator
- 2 years of Stand Up Forklift experience required
- Previous verifiable forklift experience in a distribution setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Pass all required employment screening, drug testing and criminal record check
