MEMBER SERVICES REP I - Bennett

SALARY $18.30 - 22.83

QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of customer service experience is preferred including answering phone calls and correspondence, and handling consumer accounts. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are necessary with a strong drive to provide exceptional customer service. Must have basic PC computer skills. Spanish Speaking Preferred.

BASIC DUTIES: Responsible to the Member Services Director for performing duties related to phone interactions with CORE customers that include opening and handling customer accounts and addressing consumer complaints, inquiries and requests.

Schedule to include 8 Hours on Friday; 8 Hours on Monday and Wednesday preferred.
