Core Consulting is Hiring a Mechanical Engineer (1651013) Near Cleveland, OH
This is a contract to direct role with CORE Consulting for Komatsu Mining's Pyramid Parts division.
Job Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Major Responsibilities:
• Prepare layouts, CAD models, related drawings, and bills of material and release production information to provide specifications for customer orders and/or development requirements. Complete this task without supervision on standard designs.
• Conduct investigations, perform complex calculations, and run tests as required to provide data for decisions in support of item #1 with minimum supervision required.
• Organize work and/or projects and if directed act as group leader for design or process.
• Attain cost target for newly designed assemblies as assigned.
Requirements:
• A 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline required.
• Post qualification of 3 to 5 years of mechanical design experience is required.
• Some experience in machine application or application of technical expertise is expected.
• Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
