Primary responsibilities include:

• Start-up existing tools and produce good parts at standard per the PCS and MFG Floor Doc
• Flex to Setup based on priority/ high-low Metalizers and Laser Cutters
• Troubleshoot existing processes
• Follow standards assigned
• Aid in creation of Mold secondary process - i.e. End of arm tools, Heat Staking, In Mold Labeling, etc. 
• 5's in the Molding area
• Audit quality standards on existing runs

Education:

• Apprenticeship participation or post high school education in plastic injection molding
• Continuing education (i.e. lean manufacturing, problem solving and process improvement)

Experience:

• 3 years in a mold technician role
• Proven technical and problem solving skills
