SalesForce Analyst

Job Summary

As the SalesForce Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the sales leadership team to enhance their productivity and increase revenue. You will work closely with various departments, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, and delivery operation to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes are operationalized. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, mindfulness, and experience working in a fast-paced sales

Essential Duties

  • Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
  • Develop and implement sales processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making for the sales team and senior management.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CRO and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and optimize operations.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to the CRO, providing critical support and counsel on a range of initiatives.
  • Manage and execute high-priority projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure accurate sales forecasting and revenue recognition.
  • Provide regular updates to executive management on sales performance and operations.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for product development and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the executive business sponsor of salesforce CRM and KF Sell sales methodologies.
  • Work with CRO, CFO and Corporate VP of finance regarding account executive compensation design and planning.
  • Support CRO with capital and opex activities including annual budget process.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in sales operations or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue recognition processes
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a challenging environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Selling with Perspective, LAMP, or equivalent sales methodologies
  • Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and change management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business software tool

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in a technology or software sales environment.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm
  • Experience with sales operations in a national organization
  • Salesforce certification or equivalent CRM certification.
