Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Core BTS Field Marketing Manager is passionate to develop and implement strategies at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. They will be responsible for overseeing regional marketing activities that support the demand generation activities of Core BTS. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator that has first-hand experience in both Marketing and Sales processes.

Essential Duties

• Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Account Executives to develop and implement regional marketing business plans, including the allocation of marketing development funds (as needed) with achievable ROI and pipeline impact
• Generate, nurture and qualify leads through field activity that aligns with the strategic objectives and meets or exceeds corporate targets.
• Manage inbound leads using the CRM system and following-up funnel progression with sales
• Help sales identify accounts with interest in Core BTS capabilities by monitoring intent data
• Manage and assess marketing performance for one-to-one and one-to-many campaigns
• Working closely with Sales and Channels teams to drive accountability in marketing related programs

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Core BTS and other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Marketing and executive leadership
• Support and expand the Core BTS Sales program:
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams
  • Enable sales on latest marketing tools
  • Support during partner heat-map exercises

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
• Three years of demonstrated experience in marketing or sales
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Experience leveraging a marketing automation tool (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp) to build and manage event promotions and email communications
• Experience leveraging an account-based marketing tool (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense, etc.)
• Basic working knowledge of website publishing tools like Wordpress
• Ability to create visually compelling presentations
• Experience designing marketing assets using Canva or a similar graphic design tool
• Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build relationships with individuals across the organization from a consultant to the CEO
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate executive presence
• Passion for marketing, communications, and process efficiency
