Job Summary

Core BTS is looking for a creative and motivated individual to help maximize brand impact in the marketplace. This is an opportunity to enhance and grow the brand of a growing IT company as Digital Designer.

Essential Duties

• Create and deliver final products that help capture the attention of key stakeholders and communicate the Core BTS brand message
• Translate creative concepts into visual design for both digital projects as well as print and promotional materials
  • Social graphics
  • Digital ads
  • Presentations
  • Sales collateral
  • Icons
  • Web layouts
  • Email templates
• Build visual elements for email templates and landing pages in HubSpot
• Create page layouts and engaging visuals for corebts.com
• Support the development of visually engaging sales presentations and company pitch decks
• Curate a robust library of licensed imagery and icons aligned to brand guidelines
• Design marketing event signage, displays, and accessories
• Produce high-quality rough drafts of brand assets including style sheets, storyboards, and wireframes
• Update existing marketing materials as needed, including marketing sheets, sales presentations, stationery, digital banners, and signage
• Champion the Core BTS brand and ensure consistency across all corporate assets
• Help team members implement the brand in accordance with brand guidelines
• Support business initiatives and identify improvement opportunities

Required Skills

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, Communications, or a related field
• Passion for design and a willingness to learn new skills and technology
• Experience building visual elements for email templates and landing pages in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
• Strong understanding of the following basic principles and techniques as they relate to graphic design:
  • Typography
  • Color
  • Design
  • Composition
  • Photography
• Proven experience creating visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint
• Photography and video editing skills
• Understanding of how to design for a variety of screen sizes and digital displays
• Ability to determine appropriate color space (PMS, CMYK, RGB) for each medium
• Knowledge of social media, screen, paper, and print specifications
• Experience translating business requirements and creative requests into functional design
• Willingness / eagerness to work off an existing brand and established visual identity
• Self-starter with ability to plan and prioritize daily work assignments independently
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects while still meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate executive presence
• Strong online portfolio of graphics that showcase a keen eye for aesthetics and experience designing for B2B organizations
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience designing engaging brand visuals and marketing materials for digital platforms including web, social media, and displays
• Proficiency creating digital assets and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator

Preferred

• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, and / or JavaScript
• Interest in learning how to create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
