Cordova Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is Hiring a Registered Dietitian Near Memphis, TN
- Purchasing of food & supplies within budget, food preparation, services, and storage.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Oversee menus, including provision of meal and supplements in accordance with resident care plans. Monitor regular and therapeutic diets.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in QAPI as needed.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and terminate dietary employees.
- Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator and/or VP of Nutritional Services.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
- Must be a Registered Dietician meeting guidelines set by the State Regulatory Agency
- Skilled or Long-Term Care experience preferred
