Duties & Responsibilities

Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
Greets members promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Addresses the member by name whenever possible. Explains specials and/or restaurant promotions to create member awareness.
Records food and beverage orders from the members accurately, repeating information back to the member to ensure proper order was taken and making suggestions for beverage and food course upsells.
Records orders into Point of Sales system accurately and in a timely fashion.
Checks completed orders for accuracy prior to serving. Delivers food promptly; serves hot food hot and cold food cold. Includes appropriate condiments.
Replenishes beverages as necessary and check with members for overall satisfaction.
Promptly presents member check and obtain appropriate signatures.
Assists bar, mens grill, dining room and other areas in running food to ensure timely delivery.
Performs all assigned side-work to include replenishing condiments, restocking side tables, folding napkins, set-up and breakdown of dining and banquet events, equipment and furniture upkeep and transportation, outdoor set-up (including cushion removal, cleanliness and décor..
Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training.
Works varying schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime to reflect the business needs of the Club. Attends mandatory departmental meetings as scheduled.
Must be able to take a minimum of 10 covers at one time if needed.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to carry and/or lift trays, glassware and tray stand. 10-20lbs.
Must, at all times, be wearing shoes that are both slip and oil resistant
