SERVICE STANDARDS

1. At opening, turn on all lights in the Ladies Locker room, and Members’ Lounge areas
2. At opening, set out designated complimentary Member food item(s)
3. At opening during cold season, turn on fireplace
4. At closing, remove all food and drinks and bring to kitchen
5. At closing, restock all toiletries and amenities that were used during the day
6. At closing, clean all surfaces and make locker room presentable and ready for operation the following day
7. At closing, turn off fireplace if used

During operating hours, perform a Walk-Thru every 15 minutes. The following two sections will be performed at this time.

CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE

1. 1. Clear away any dirty towels and robes left on floors, benches, etc
   2. Wipe up any spilled water on floors or counters
   3. Clear away any toiletries or amenities left on counters or benches
   4. Note any maintenance concerns with lights, steamroom, jacuzzi, showers, etc and report to Engineering to perform the repairs

MEMBER CENTRIC SERVICE STANDARDS

1. Make sure an Attendant is seen in Locker room and Member Lounge area
2. Greet Members and their Guests as they arrive or as you see them the first time that day
3. If you recognize a Member and/or their Guest, greet them by name
4. As you see Members and their Guests in the Locker room and Lounge areas, ask if there is anything they need
5. Offer Members and their Guests lunch or drinks.
6. Make sure new Members are aware lunch, brunch, and cocktails can be served to them in the Ladies Lounge or Patio
7. Make sure new Members are aware of complementary shoe cleaning service
