SUMMARY

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining maintenance master data in SAP at the Corden Pharma Colorado and Corden Pharma Boulder Sites. Ensures consistency of SAP plant maintenance master data and maintains systems that avoid data redundancy. Provides backup assistance to the maintenance planner.

Responsible for sampling, labeling, and storage of raw material and intermediates.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain SAP PM/PS Master Data
  • Confirm work order hours performed by operations personnel and perform order settlements
  • Generate SAP transactional data, such as notifications, work orders, PS activities, and requisitions
  • Maintain equipment files
  • Supply equipment and functional location numbers and input into system
  • SAP Equipment add/delete logs
  • Contractor management Training/Badging Program
  • SAP documentation and record keeping
  • SAP Contractor and Engineering support

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years’ experience with maintenance routines, parts, systems, or related areas.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
