The Position: We’re looking for an experienced and versatile technician to join our Maintenance Team. The pay range we’re offering is $18 - $25, based on skills and experience.

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of industrial maintenance practical experience.
• Experience in an environment that is fast paced and customer service focused.
• Experience in facility maintenance, electrical troubleshooting and repair, mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Creative skills and experience in the design and fabrication of equipment repairs and improvements.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Drivers License is required.
• Flexible work hours dependent upon work demand, including weekend overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests ensuring the operation of equipment at optimum levels to meet customer demand.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Diagnose and locate source of problems through observation and experience.
• Fabricate repair parts internally or secures outside sources for repairs.
• Implement operational improvements (reducing scrap, downtime, improving line speeds, etc.).
• Train others to operate equipment and produce products safely and efficiently.
• Observes all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping.
• Assists remote facilities in diagnosing problems and leading facilities through repairs and corrective actions.
• Communicate with company managers daily insuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
