Position Summary Corby is seeking a Merchandiser for the busy holiday season. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Retail Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising activities and compliance of promotions at LCBO outlet level in support to the District Manager Note: This is a 3 month contract position, working 40 hours per week with shifts to include weekends @ 18.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will live in Kitchener, Waterloo or Guelph and have full time use of an automobile ($55.00 per day car allowance provided) Key Responsibilities Apply promotions to Corby product portfolio as approved by customer’s head office. Promotional items consist of but are not limited to: 50ml value-add, neck tags, non liquid value-add items, gift box or bags, and rebate coupons. Audit implementation of promo programs at outlet level such as shelf talker, LTO cards, display card signage. Report inventory issues to Corby District Manager promptly or where possible handle the situation themselves so that it can be addressed with store staff. Stock shelf and build displays at outlet level where permitted.
