WHAT YOU DO:

You’re building and renovating beautiful landscapes, but you’re doing so much more. You’re able to keep things organized and eliminate down-time. You’re making sure that the daily and weekly checklists are always done and always looking for a way to help your team. In the morning, you might get to work a little bit early and help to make sure we have everything we need for the day. You’re respectful to clients when they come out to meet you and are extremely proud of what you create.

If you notice something needs to be done, you take care of it. You’re eager to learn and grow with a young yet established company. You always want to improve yourself. You’re eager to learn new skills and always (or “almost always”) get along with your coworkers.

1) A 5–15-minute chat on the phone.

2) We dig deeper in a 30-minute phone call.
