ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop recommendations to improve processes and solve problems related to business operations in collaboration with functional teams
• Identify best practices and design target state process models to strive towards greater effectiveness and efficiency
• Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner
• Calculate/estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI
• Work closely with the IT team to assess the feasibility of target-state processes and plan the implementation
• Engage in training with functional teams as part of implementation projects and spearhead the creation of required documentation such as manuals or internal policies
• Build leadership skills by working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, generating buy-in, and driving implementation projects
• Perform special projects upon request and on occasion

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA degree in Business or equivalent combinations of education, training, and work experience
• Proven knowledge of general business operations, operations, and structure analysis principles
• Expertise in standard office software, such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), Visio, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with various stakeholders
• Willingness to share knowledge and expertise to collaborate with others and build a stronger team
• Excellent analytical, decision-making skills, with a focus on customer service, negotiation, conflict management, and time management
• Ability to dive deep into details while still seeing the bigger picture and persuading others on the best approach to take
• Strong ability to work independently while delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
• A passion for empowering, coaching, and collaborating with team members, as well as a service-driven mindset to achieve proactive internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset, with strong ethics and responsibility in decision-making

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 up to $60,000 based on experience. The successful applicant must be able to be in our Hicksville NY office 1-2 days each week and be a tri-state resident.
