Brief Job Description
The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for Cabana/Beach Attendants to join our dynamic team at our Beach Club location in Bonita Springs.
The Cabana/Beach Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting members and guests to the beach while ensuring that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained.
All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential.
The Person We are Looking for Will

• Set, organize, maintain and breakdown beach and pool areas
• Cordially and enthusiastically greets all members and guests upon arrival to the beach while ensuring that proper check-in procedures are consistently followed
• Provide beach chair, umbrella and table service for each member and guest
• Communicate Retail and/or Food and Beverage needs to the Cabana Attendants
• Work in collaboration with all other teammates to deliver outstanding member/guest experience as requested

What We Would Like You to Have

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 40 pounds over the course of entire shift
• Available to work flexible work schedule, which may include nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding work ethic
• This position will primarily work no more than 35-40 hours per week for full-time position, and 10-25 hours per week for part-time. Beach Attendants must be available to work daytime shifts between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
