SUMMARY:

The Program Quality & Compliance Manager (PQCM) oversees and coordinates all program administrative operations that ensure effective and efficient service delivery. The PQCM works in conjunction with the IBHS Regionalize and IBHS-ABA Clinical Directors to ensure that both programs run seamlessly and continue to operate according to contract and licensing requirements and agency and program principles and policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operational oversight to the IBHS Regionalize and IBHS-ABA programs, working with the Clinical Directors to ensure that the programs run seamlessly, meeting all funding/licensing mandates and requirements in accordance with the agency's mission, goals, values, and philosophy.
  • Responsible for staffing both programs, and ensuring that direct service staff has adequate billable units to meet service delivery expectations. In coordination with the Clinical Director manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate caseload levels are maintained.
  • Responsible for oversight of the electronic health record system, monitoring compliance with, documentation, assessments and other aspects of the IBHS Regionalize and IBHS-ABA programs, addressing any compliance issues with the staff.
  • Formulate, review and interpret CORA Services Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to: administrative, operating, participant, and employee policies and procedures, in consultation with Clinical Director and Vice President.
  • Provide skills and development training for newly hired and existing direct care staff. Coordinate all training requirements for the programs; by partnering with CORA training administrator to organize training and source for training materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in a human services field a plus.
  • Must possess a professional license. Preferable LBS or BCBA.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 5 years full-time experience in program quality and compliance management and administration in the human services field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train, teach and mentor new and existing staff
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members, clients, community members and personnel from other agencies.
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
  • Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
