Copus Orthodontics is adding an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to the practice. The ideal candidate has dental and/or orthodontic experience. The position is fast paced and vital to our daily success. Overview:

• Act as a liaison between the patient/responsible party and the dentist/dental specialist
• Compile detailed reports/letters after each visit
• Provide responsible parties with treatment information including financial
• Process and report daily/monthly goals
• Contribute to strategic plan
• Participate with local marketing and community events
• Cross-train in support roles

Qualifications:

• Dental/Orthodontic experience preferred
• Professional communications
• Ability to complete all tasks (time sensitive)
• Ability to convert inquiries into contracts
• Easily navigate computer platforms
