Coppus Motors is looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our service and parts department teams. We are a third generation, locally owned automotive retail store since 1927. We currently sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter vehicles but service all makes and models. This is a fast-paced position where the employee will be mainly a service advisor but will be trained in the parts department and work there on an as needed basis. This will include working with customers, technicians, and other service departments/body shops to fulfill car repair needs.

Service Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling appointments and listening to customer’s service needs
• Checking in customers using a tablet
• Efficiently delegating service appointments amongst technicians
• Explaining technician diagnoses to customers
• Completing customer repair orders
• Working with warranty companies

Parts Responsibilities Include:

• Working with technicians to fulfill their part needs for vehicle repairs
• Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Managing inventory
• Pulling orders for delivery, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number

Job Requirements:

Applicant must have knowledge of automotive parts and repair, excellent communication and people skills, great attention to detail, moderate to good computer skills, and a strong commitment to honesty and excellence.

Automotive experience is a plus. There will be training and room for growth. Pay will be based on experience.
