Job Title: Machine Operator - Steel Manufacturing

Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Copperloy, a leading manufacturer of steel products for over 70 years, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various machines in our steel fabrication facility, producing high-quality products to meet our customer's specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery, including press brakes, saws, shears, and other steel manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to set up machines and ensure accuracy of finished products.
- Monitor machines for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery in a steel manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
