Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator

Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Copperloy, a leading manufacturer of steel products for over 70 years, is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC press brake machines, producing high-quality steel products to meet our customer's specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form steel plates and sheets according to customer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and precision of finished products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC press brake machines to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating and programming CNC press brake machines in a steel manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate bend allowances and angles.
- Familiarity with CNC programming software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
