Administer FMLA/TDL
Work with Time Clock and Leave
Assist in record creation and maintenance
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent in Spanish preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to organize and Prioritize Workload
Knowledge of the selection, training of Personnel
Knowledge of Time Clock and Absence Management (Frontline Preferred_
Knowledge of FMLA
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing
Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
Experience:
Aesop/Frontline experience required
4 years of clerical office staff experience
1 year of Human Resources experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Time and Leave
- Assist with compiling and reporting
- Compile, maintain, and file related reports, records, and other documents required.
- Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Administer District FMLA Plan and Temporary Disability Leave (TEA)
- Maintain District Time Clock
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion: Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching
Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; frequent districtwide, statewide, and out-of-state travel
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress
