DEPT./SCHOOL: Maintenance
PRIMARY PURPOSE :
Maintain safe and attractive grounds and landscaping for the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Ability to read and understand written instructions
Valid Texas driver's license
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to read operating instructions
Ability to communicate (verbally)
Ability to operate tractor and landscaping equipment
Experience:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors;
Frequent districtwide travel. Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting,
and carrying. Ability to operate tractor , mowers, and landscaping equipment. Work outside, exposed to extreme temperatures;
and around moving objects or vehicles. Exposed to chemicals (herbicides and fertilizer).
