Summary:
This role is responsible for payroll, human resources, recruiting, on-boarding, and managing all aspects of employment including benefits, insurance, and records.
Key Results Area #1 – Payroll Processing
Weekly payroll processing
Ensure there are no errors and the payroll is processed in full, on time
Work with insurance company to perform annual payroll workers comp audit
Prepare Certified Payroll Reports and deliver to Operations team
Key Results Area #2 – Human Resources
Recruiting - Understand the organizations needs and work our internal systems to fill the positions as needed
On-Boarding & Off-Boarding
Performed to 100% completion for each new hire within a week from hire date
Quarterly Review Coordination with Managers
Manage and administrate insurance and benefits
Lead Open Enrollment for administrating company benefits
Key Results Area #4 – Events / Trainings / Marketing
Attend the minimum of one recruiting event per quarter.
Ensure all current quality marketing materials are used at events
Plan and organize quarterly company employee events (Spring Picnic/Summer Event/Christmas Party)
