What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Copper State Brewing Co.?
Are you one of those weird "morning people" who enjoy talking to people before 9am? Do you enjoy caffeinating others so that they talk back to you? Do you love coffee? Drinking it...serving it...creating beautiful art in perfectly foamed milk? Copper State is seeking a morning barista to join our team. Looking for someone who would be able to work a couple of days a week from 6am-2pm.
This position could dovetail with a serving or host position as well--candidate could open the coffee shop a couple of days a week and host or serve a couple of days a week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Customer oriented--ability to interact with people and learn the regulars and their drink orders
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
