Copper Rock Coffee in Appleton, WI is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 210 W. College Ave.. Our ideal candidate is small-business minded, self-driven, ambitious, customer service oriented, and reliable.
*Currently considering part-time baristas for primary evening and weekend shifts. Rotation of morning and day shifts may be considered to promote flexible scheduling and shop knowledge within the crew*
Responsibilities
- *Prepare hot, cold and blended drinks in accordance with customer needs and Copper Rock guidelines. *Prepare our menued food items in accordance with our Food Preparation guidelines and practices. *Maintain a clean and tidy work area in all areas of the shop. *Work together as a team mate in a team oriented environment. This can be a fast paced position at times. *Work off of daily, weekly, monthly, and additional tasks for operations within the shop. *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Complete tasks and work with other in a customer service environment in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- *Proven working experience as a barista or willingness to quickly learn. *Trainable and takes direction with grace. *High integrity with a great attendance record. *Strong attention to detail. *Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers, team mates, and management.
