Copper Creek Cottages Memory Care is Hiring an Assistant Administrator Near Litchfield, IL

Copper Creek Cottages Memory Care in Litchfield is now hiring for an Assistant Administrator to help lead their team of compassionate caregivers and to provide exceptional care to the resident who call Copper Creek home!!

Responsibilities:

- A compassion for and desire to work with seniors and their families
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
- Be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality and rights of residents and staff
Marketing & community relations
- Plan and coordinate activities, monthly newsletters and activity calendars
- Work with the Administrator to maintain census
- Scheduling and training of staff
- Maintain continued education requirements for all staff (including self) as required by professional licensures and state regulations
- Maintain accurate resident charts and state required documentation, and be prepared for state survey and health inspections at all times
- Work with the Administrator & facility Nurse to coordinate complete move-in process for all new residents.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED; and minimum two (2) years experience working in a personal care, health, or aging related setting
- C.N.A certification preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary to meet the needs of our residents
