The City of Coppell City Manager's Office and Employee Experience Department is seeking to add an Administrative Services Coordinator to our teams. As our Administrative Services Coordinator, you will balance your time between both teams allowing for an opportunity to exceed the expectations of our internal and external customers. Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and budgeted on Pay Grade #10.

The pay plan range is shown to represent opportunities for growth and development within this opportunity. Pay for this opportunity will depend on qualifications. 
Min $49,122.94 ($23.62/hr)Mid $60,168.99 ($28.93/hr)
Max $

  • High School Diploma/GED
Experience/Knowledge/Skillsets
  • Proven administrative and excellent customer service experience
  • Communication and relationship-building skills (different styles and methods)
  • Planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Laserfiche and Tyler applications experience is preferred

Leadership RelationshipThe Administrative Services Coordinator reports directly to the Chief of Staff, and indirectly to the Director of Employee Experience. 

The City Manager's Office:

  • Encourages and motivates the direction of all departments, offices, and agencies of the City
  • Prepares and submits the annual budget and capital improvement programs to City Council
  • Administers the annual budget adopted by the City Council

The City Manager and staff act as liaisons among City Council, citizens, and City organizations, and represent the City Council and City staff at various meetings and conferences.

The Employee Experience Department:

The City of Coppell's Employee Experience Department functions as more than a traditional human resource department. Employee Experience provides professional and strategic human resources services through a lens that is focused on employees. 

The Employee Experience team focuses on just that, the employee experience while providing creative solutions to today's workforce challenges. Along with recruitment, benefits, and traditional human resources services, identifying and implementing training opportunities is a key goal of this department. The Employee Experience team also serves as champions of the Coppell Culture by supporting and centralizing allyship and volunteer efforts.
