Job Summary
The primary focus of this position is to perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties for all CNW business operations across multiple branches. This position will be an integral part of the accounting team, assisting with entry-level accounting functions and record maintenance.

Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
$19-21 DOE
Possible Hybrid (after training period)

Responsibilities/Duties

• Perform basic AR and AP processes
• Train to become proficient with our internal accounting system
• Process incoming payments and collect past-due accounts
• Process payables
• Ensure cash applications are applied and accounted for correctly
• Resolve customer questions and issues regarding invoices, payments, etc.
• Create and deliver reports for senior management
• Assist other internal departments with accounting processes and issues

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or minimum of 2 years relative experience

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Good working knowledge of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with high attention to detail and a track record of accurate work
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
• Team-oriented, fostering open and positive team communications
• Analytical thinker, dedicated to finding solutions
• Ability to prioritize assignments and adhere to deadlines
• Work successfully in a busy, high-energy environment
